Customer Experience Team Leader
Hi I’m Aurora. My role is Customer Experience Team leader.
I have been working for Yarris for 8 years. I started off answering basic support requests and cleaning the storage cupboard.
Now I help with assisting customers with training users, writing help guides and making videos. I work in the ConSol and LPG teams.
I studied at uni whilst working part time at Yarris and now have been working full time for 6 years.
When I was a child I wanted to be a marine biologist and travel the world and see every ocean. I ended up studying Criminology and now have my career in Customer support.
I love talking to people everyday, I enjoy hearing about the little things in people’s lives. I enjoy the relationships I have made over the years with everyone I speak to on the phone.
The most challenging part of my role is when I see and hear a user’s frustration.
Being on the frontline and hearing the users requests makes it clear to me what the pain points are in our software.
I find joy in bringing these problems to my team and helping make solutions.
I love gardening in my spare time. You will catch me growing food or at the green grocer buying whatever looks fresh to create something tasty.
